Welcome to the Diet Page! Here, I’ll be sharing my daily menus and meal plans. My approach to eating is straightforward: I keep my meals simple and repetitive because it works for me. While I don’t mind sticking to the same meals daily, I still find ways to make it enjoyable.
I follow a 16:8 intermittent fasting schedule, which means I fast for 16 hours and eat during an 8-hour window most days. This method helps me stay consistent and focused on my goals.
To enhance my routine, I incorporate some small but impactful habits, like taking a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar before heavy glucose meals and walking for at least 10 minutes after each meal. These little strategies add up over time and help me stay on track.
I also take a variety of supplements, which I’ll link to below. While supplements can support a diet, they are by no means necessary for success, and everything I take has been approved by my doctor. The key to any diet is consistency and making it work for your unique needs.
To keep things fun, I use tools like ChatGPT (aka Lumen) to add a touch of creativity. For example, we’ve incorporated themed art into my menus, giving them a unique and playful vibe. It’s a small way to make the process more engaging.
